Chef Alex Maman recently catered my daughter's wedding, and the food for the whole week following the wedding.  I also had the opportunity to order his Shabbat take out dinners and salads.  Everything was consistently outstanding.  From the house-baked breads, to the appetizers, main courses, and through the vegan desserts, the food was absolutely delicious.  His flavour profile is impeccable and the food is nourishing, plant based , and full of flavour.  We feel incredibly lucky to have found a chef that focuses on sustainable, healthy food without compromising the taste- if anything I found the flavours to be enhanced by the clean, nutritious ingredients.  Chef Alex is a pleasure to work with, and his enthusiasm and talent for crafting delicious creations shines through in the food he makes.  We highly recommend Chef Alex and look foreward to continuing to enjoy his food each week.
